Per ora è uscito il primo singolo che porta lo stesso titolo dell'album ed è stato presentato in 3 diverse versioni: Inferno, Blue e Original.
Un brano che ci presenta una nuova Alicia Keys, moglie e mamma: in effetti, il significato di Girl on Fire è proprio quello di spingere ogni donna a togliersi di dosso le energie cattive, di prendere in mano le redini della propria vita e di vivere come si vuole vivere.
Non come un leone in gabbia, ma come una ragazza che brucia.
